For over 40 years, Gregory Capoano has a solid respected reputation as a quality residential and commercial builder focusing on framing and design throughout the State of New Jersey. Capoano Contractors has constructed numerous developments for both National and statewide builders such as K Hovnanian Corp., DR Horton, Toll Brothers Inc., American Properties, SGS Communities, just to mention a few. He has further constructed over 200 homes and additions for the general public across New Jersey. Gregory is responsible for re-building residential housing in some downtown areas of Freehold, with over 60 homes built in a five-year period revitalizing the neighborhoods.
Gregory has served on numerous committees within the Shore Builders Association and the State Builders Association. He is also currently serving as a board member for Ocean Housing Alliance, a nonprofit organization that provides housing and health services to their residents who have special needs.
David Kaye is currently a senior executive of BioFortis, LLC., a Q2 Solutions software company that addresses challenges in today’s data driven environments. He has been with the company since 2012. Biofortis now serves top 10 pharma companies, Fortune 500 companies, major government organizations and research organizations. Among Mr. Kaye’s areas of specialty include; management of legal affairs, business development, corporate finance, due diligence, fund management, and private equity & venture capital investing. Mr. Kaye received both his B.B.A. in Finance and his J.D. in Law at George Washington University.

Clifford Scott Meyer is a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Business Law and Taxation Department. His diverse practice includes financial and tax Monte Carlo modeling of sophisticated transactions, domestic asset protection, tax reformation of instruments and transactions, closely held business succession planning, technical support for planned giving departments of major institutions, and individual tax planning. Mr. Meyer has represented many families in estate and gift tax matters throughout his career and has been published extensively on sophisticated planning strategies for tax minimization. He frequently advises clients on Opportunity Fund transactions and structure and is now available to consult with the Ellavoz team and investors. Edward Dimon, Esq.
Edward Dimon is a managing partner at Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Saks, LLC. At his firm, Mr. Dimon oversees that the legal team advice is grounded upon research, pragmatism and cost-effective resolution. His wealth of experience includes serving as First Assistant Prosecutor in Ocean County, New Jersey; Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, Chase Manhattan Bank and Kidder Peabody. Mr. Dimon’s areas of expertise in law include, Business Sales and Acquisitions as well as complex securities transactions. Mr. Dimon received his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross and his law degree from Boston College. He was admitted to the New Jersey and Massachusetts Bar in 1971.
Brandi Gatlin is a Managing Director and Global Head of Sales & Marketing at LightPoint Financial Technology, where she leads the business development & marketing efforts. Prior to moving to the FinTech space, Brandi worked in Prime Brokerage Sales and as an Equity Sales Trader. Brandi has also created a program to empower Hedge Fund Managers alike, utilizing pertinent industry insights to help achieve their most pressing goals. Her program is called “What Managers Need to Know,” which strategically maximizes market intelligence in the Alternative Hedge Fund space. Additionally, Brandi has worked with iConnections, LLC. on their Funds4Food Capital Introduction Charity Event that raised over $1.8M and whose proceeds were donated to various food organizations around the world. Outside of work, she partners with the JCCA and hosts an annual women’s event that collects toys and clothes for the foster kids in the JCCA program. Brandi graduated with a BA from the University of Alabama.
