1. Executive summary business plan or pitch deck which includes a:
a. Problem needing solving
b. Details of your solution
c. Your target customers
d. Size of potential market
e. Competition existing in market
2. CV’s of founders and senior management
3. Capitalization table in detail
4. Prior fiscal year financial statements or tax return
5. Three-year projected P&L and cash flows
6. Amount of funding requested and use of the money
7. Estimated pre-money valuation and basis for same
