George Parnell served as Managing Partner at Parnell Law, PLLC in NYC as well as an Adjunct Professor of Transactions at Tulane Law School.

George has advised multiple client senior leaders on a diverse range of deals inclusive of early stage venture capital investments, majority investments, acquisitions and disposals to large multi-billion-dollar acquisitions.

He has had extensive experience representing and working both in-house and as outside counsel to entrepreneurs, international drinks, foods, chemical, manufacturing and consumer products companies. George’s expertise is focused on: entity governance, M&A transactions, organizational transformation, contract review, international and domestic private equity, venture capital, media and not-for-profit organizations.

He is a member of both the New York and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
