    Edward Dimon is a managing partner at Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Saks, LLC. At his firm, Mr. Dimon ensures that the legal team advice is grounded upon research, pragmatism and cost-effective resolution. His wealth of experience includes serving as First Assistant Prosecutor in Ocean County, New Jersey, investment banking at J.P. Morgan, Chase and Kidder Peabody. Mr. Dimon’s areas of expertise in law include; business sales and acquisitions as well as complex securities transactions. Mr. Dimon received his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross and his law degree from Boston College.

He has been with the company since 2012. Biofortis now serves top 10 pharma companies, Fortune 500 companies, major government organizations and research organizations. Mr. Kaye’s areas of specialty include: management of legal affairs, business development, corporate finance, due diligence, fund management, and private equity & venture capital investing.     Matthew Saker is Senior Vice President at CBRE in the Global Advisory & Transaction Services Group. Matt has represented a wide range of Fortune 500 tenants, institutions and privately held companies in the formulation and execution of real estate strategies, both nationally and globally. Matt has extensive experience providing detailed strategies and “big picture” insights to increase operational efficiencies and enhance the performance of his clients’ real estate portfolios. Matt has a long history of assisting private equity and institutional organizations in all facets of the commercial real estate process. He is known for his many long-term client relationships, as well as his ability to creatively strategize on behalf of his clients. Mr. Saker has an undergraduate degree in finance from St. Josephs and an M.S.R.E.D. from Columbia University.

  • Kyle Farmbry

    Dr. Kyle Farmbry began serving as the 10th President of Guilford College on January 1, 2022. Previously, he served as a professor in the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University-Newark. From August 2013 to July 2019, he served as Dean of the Graduate School at Rutgers University-Newark. Prior to joining the faculty of Rutgers, Farmbry taught at The University of Texas at San Antonio, San Diego State University, and Grand Valley State University

    Dr. Farmbry has served on the Board of Trustees of the George Washington University. In early November 2021, he was inducted as a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration. Dr. Farmbry received his BA, MPA, and Ph.D. degrees from The George Washington University. He completed his J.D. degree at the Rutgers University School of Law.
