Ellavoz Neighborhood Homes Fund is the investment vehicle for Ellavoz clients to invest as GP’s in distressed debt negotiated purchases or in non-profit set asides offered by Government Sponsored Enterprises. Our related 50% owned NPL and REO asset manager, Ellavoz Impact Management, is the primary recipient of Ellavoz Neighborhood Homes Fund investments.  We believe the returns available through this strategy to be superior to other alternative investments in our space because of its ability to purchase portfolios of mortgages and single-family homes at a steep discount to current market value delivering above market returns at favorable tax rates for investors.

Ellavoz Shared Values Opportunity Funds are tax qualified under IRC Sec. 1400Z-2 to provide for the deferral of current capital gains recognition until filing your 2026 income tax return and exclusion of any capital gains earned by the Fund upon termination.  Our strategy is to leverage these tax incentives with existing federal, state and local economic incentives in underserved communities to deliver superior returns to our client investors who look for long term capital accumulation.  We focus on SFR BTR communities in Florida and student urban housing in New Jersey as preferred asset classes.
