Jim Franklin has over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial development, including site planning and product design.

Jim previously managed and held full P&L responsibility for a business unit of a premier public developer which produced over 500+ homes annually.

Additionally, he has served as an officer with the Shore Builder’s Association of Central New Jersey, on the board of directors for the New Jersey Builders Association and on the leadership council for the National Association of Home Builders.
